Whilst most adjustments are simple to do and affordable, your employees might be entitled to financial support from the government to make additional adaptations.
Access to Work is a Government scheme which provides individuals with funding for adaptations to the workplace, both at the recruitment stage, or during employment, if they have a disability or long term health condition. This can include more than you think and can cover premises alterations, specialist equipment, or even assistance travelling to and fro from work. Make sure your employees are aware of this funding and work with them to see if they qualify.
