Thriving through inclusive recruitment

An independent review into how employers can better support all employees' mental health, including recommended core standards.

The Eden Project, an educational charity, connects us with each other and the living world, exploring how we can work towards a better future. With around 400 core staff, The Eden Project is a major employer in the county of Cornwall. In addition they have approximately 200 employees who join them for seasonal employment and around 150 volunteers. The majority of their employees are recruited locally.

As a disability confident employer, The Eden Project has successfully implemented an inclusive recruitment process, enabling the organisation to build loyalty throughout their workforce, recruit individuals that are suitable for the roles required and establish themselves as a leading employer throughout the South West.
