How to make your workplace a great place to work

Bring the outdoors in with plants and plenty of natural light. (Natural light is a great stress reducer). Ensure it is possible for employees to have enough fresh air

Enable multiple ways of working to suit different “work modes” (focus, learn, socialise, collaborate)

Create space to take a break. Breaks improve productivity

Have the right technology in place (particularly if you are encouraging flexible working)

Iterate your physical space. By making small changes or upgrades it will help to grow and evolve the overall employee experience
