How to plan returning to work during COVID19

Consult your employees and ask for their perspective before making a decision and putting it in writing (this will help to ensure they understand and also feel included)

Complete a risk assessment to identify what might cause harm and take reasonable steps to prevent it

Discuss how your employees will travel to and from work and assess the level of risk involved

Discuss planned adjustments for the workplace (i.e. additional hand washing stations) to reassure your employees

Encourage your employees to talk to you if they are feeling anxious or have any concerns and make it clear you can resolve them together
