Educate your leaders - these are the people working on the front line with your employees every single day

Form an ‘Inclusion Council’ or similar, this is a dedicated group of employees within your team who can act as a “channel of communication” for all levels of employees within your business. The Inclusion Council should be as diverse as possible.

Celebrate employee differences. One of the most important ways to show that you respect your employees' backgrounds is to invite them to share it.
